Broken River Writers' first of five Discovery Workshops will be held on August 11th, 6-9pm at North East Artisans, featuring Gabriel Bergmoser, Bitten By Productions and the one act play, Heroes. Discovery Workshops bring you Guest Speakers who have a passion for telling stories. They'll share their journey and skills throughout the night, so bring paper and pens and get ready to be inspired. Brought to you by Broken River Writers, North East Artisans & the Tomorrow Today Foundation
Discovery Workshop is free, but bring $5 for a scrumptious supper.
There's a calendar of dates for 2017 below - though there is a change in timeframe from July on. To allow for the playing of longer games, the timeslot is now 4 pm to 10 pm. For further details of what's on this month, check out Table Top Games at NEA's Facebook Page.

Long term non-artisan volunteer Fe Tuck is taking a break from volunteering at North East Artisans. Fe has been with NEA almost every Wednesday morning for 2 years and has been a consistent and energetic volunteer. Fe enjoyed being involved with our creative organisation and was always up for a chat and a laugh with customers.
Fe was willing to help out whenever she could, whether it be taking on additional shifts or assisting with events. She even rolled up her sleeves and got stuck in to painting walls and cleaning when we moved from our old home to our new!
Fe is a regular NEA customer who appreciates and promotes the art and products crafted by local artisans. She will continue to volunteer at the Benalla Visitor information Centre and is planning to find new volunteering opportunities in the area.
Thank you Fe for your dedication to North East Artisans! We know we will still see you about and that you will continue to be a delightful ambassador for NEA, Benalla and the arts.
